Has there been a times where you are struggling to keep the momentum going?

If things aren’t going as you wanted them and you are not getting the results you were after …guess what? You are not alone … the beauty of the mind is that you have the power to change that.

At any moment you can step into the person you want to be today ….FACT !! You can alter your mindset ..So how do you keep that momemtum going and that fire burning just like when you first wrote your goals down …you know that feeling!! The one of excitement and energy ready to just take action!!

Well here’s a couple of very simple tips that will help.

  1. Firstly I want you to grab a pen and piece of paper and write down all that you are  feeling kinda crappy about. Then throw them away…in the trash …once they are out of your head it is easier to make a change…a phycologist friend of mine once advised me to write it all on toilet paper and flush it in the toilet!!! Fact…this is what I also do …and it feels liberating …Then look at what you have achieved
  2. We are like computers …you may need to reprogram your hard drive by getting new software. Now what I do mean about that? Well …Look at why you weren’t achieving your goals. Do you need to re-educate yourself ? Do you need help ? If so ask for it…you are not alone. If you have had concerns then chances are someone else has too.
  3. Celebrate your small wins …ok so you didn’t achieve all that you wanted ..Don’t beat yourself up! Those small wins will help you get your mojo back …you will build confidence cause you feel good!!!

Surround yourself with those get you & celebrate your successes with them ..Momentum comes when you feel good. Those that get you will help you …if you are open to it …

It’s that simple ….apply any of these tips and you will start get that momentum back.
