How do you find a Virtual Assistant?
So you are stressing out …overwhelmed …you want to work on your creative side, or manage your team all you can think about is OMG…I have so many things to do …aghhhhh!!
You are building your Brand and your business…you owe it to yourself to get help. If you can outsource some things you should. DO NOT feel guilty ….I repeat DO NOT feel guilty …you are not superman …and guess what when you outsourse ..you will be so much more productive and effective.
So here goes …. 3 places you can go to.
1. Fiverr.com
Fiverr.com is a great place if you need something done quickly. For eaxmple, you need someone to help you fix something on WordPress or edit something.They can also provide graphics for you as well. They are great for this type of work and fast. You will need to do your homework though, know what you need and be clear. I have personally used this site quite a bit in the past as well.
2. Upwork.com
Upwork.com is a great place to hire a virtual assistant. I used Upwork to create my very first website a few years ago now. The good thing with Upwork is that there is no ongoing monthly fee to pay. They offer assistants to help with all sorts of roles. There is such a variety from all over the world. Its quite versatile. Their back of house system where you can see and track your VA’s hours logged is a really good tool as well. (This is my favourite feature I have to say!)
3. Airtasker.com.au
Airtasker offers a variety of assistance as well. The way this works is similar to the above you place a maximum amount that you are willing to pay for a service and assistants will bid or offer therir services by accepting it. You then chose who you want to work with. You can also check their work history and rating as well. Which is a good safety too. So this site can offer help with anything from someone helping with techy assistance to asking someone to pick up your items from the post office for you!! So its Virtual as well as Physical assistance. This is really cool. I often use this site, and have never been disappointed.
