How to keep a customer happy …Here I share what you shouldn’t do.

We often talk about how to sell to a customer, recruit and prospect but how do you deal with a customer that has problem ?

Well below I share with you what NOT TO DO !!!

Become an Attraction Machine even when you have issues…

When a customer comes up to you with a problem with the product/service (and this will happen) you should NOT to do the following:

  1. Become all defensive. Remember this does not do your brand any favour in fact the opposite. You need to be calm and maintain Posture
  2. Play the blame game and blame them for picking a product that they think does not work for them. Alternatively LISTEN and find a solution. When this product was sold to them did you actively listen to their needs? This is a perfect way to up your game and find out what they didn’t like and provide a solution.
  3. Do not become dismissing and listen to what your customer has to say. If you do not have the solution them and listen and tell them you will get back to them.

Remember you want retention, &  repeat business. You are building a brand where you have integrity  and people know like and trust you. If you act unprofessionally when things go wrong people will always talk.

You want to continue to attract your perfect clientele not chase your tails.
